Welcome to Lake Seminole Resort, a 55+ resident-owned mobile home community.

 

Our community consists of 248 manufactured homes, managed by an elected Board of Directors, who are all volunteers. LSR has many amenities, like boat slips, a junior-Olympic pool, hot tub, large meeting hall, library, laundry facility, and recycling. Throughout the winter, we enjoy many events and functions, like dances, bingo, golf, shuffleboard, pot lucks, and flea market. You may even find a neighbor hosting a happy hour. And be sure to come to our 10:00 Monday morning meeting, where the coffee and smiles are free!

This hidden gem on Lake Seminole, in Pinellas County, on the Gulf of Mexico, Florida is a short drive of 35 minutes from the historic city of Tampa and Ybor City. In addition, we are surrounded with recreational parks, such as Walsingham Park with its nature walking paths. If you like to bicycle, you are within a short distance to the Pinellas Trail which stretches from Tarpon Springs in the north to St. Petersburg in the south, passing through the towns of Palm Harbor, Dunedin, Belleair, Clearwater, Largo, Seminole, South Pasadena, and Gulfport.

 

It is a perfect community to spend your retirement or the winter months. We are just minutes away from the beaches, golfing, shopping, fishing, bus lines, hospitals, restaurants, entertainment, and more.
